Customizable maintenance and irrigation care
Build a maintenance plan around the grounds you manage, the agreed work areas and your business schedule. Plans are customizable and generally include lawn mowing, weed whacking, shrub trimming, leaf and pine needle removal from hardscapes and other outdoor areas, and irrigation system management.
We can manage and assess your irrigation system and repair issues that need attention. Irrigation repairs are billed separately and carried out only with your approval.
Fertilizer and similar applications are provided only at your request and billed separately. KB Yard Services carries liability insurance for added peace of mind.
Catch-up work for commercial grounds
A one-time yard cleanup can bring attention to outdoor tasks that have built up. The cleanup estimate can include:
- Lawn mowing and weed whacking in the agreed areas
- Shrub trimming around the property
- Leaf and pine needle removal from walkways, other hardscapes and outdoor areas
